It seems obvious, 1500-2500 square feet for the same (or less) money as a hotel room is just better. Consider the reasons you are going on vacation. Does being in the same cramped hotel room with your children feel like a vacation, or more like a prison sentence. Ever yelled at your children for making too much noise so the people next to you, below you or above you would hear? What would you pay for a the presidential suite in your favorite hotel? For less than the price of one night in the Presidential Suite, you can have a whole week in one of our homes.

Hey, and what about saving about $1000 on expensive meals out or $12 hotel hamburgers? What about $5 cups of coffee only to find out room service forgot the cream? Buy your groceries, stock the fridge and have fun!

Maids don't wake you up at 8:00 pounding on your door and finally coming back later when you still don't want them, only to worry about your valuables being left in the room. This is YOUR HOUSE for the week! No one bothers you, no one checks up on you.

You have room for your clothes, valuables, and all the extra junk you bring that you may never need. You have closets, more closets, storage space, stretching space, and even work out space if you want it. Plus plenty of room for the kids to go play in the other room while you have your own space.

In the home you stay in, you have the keys, not the maid. You don't have to worry about where you put things, no one but you goes in your home or your room until you check out.

Let the kids roam the property or use the pool or fish from the dock while you relax. Remember, this is your vacation too! Babysitting is a job! Ever arrive at your vacation hotel only to find they lost your reservation and are full? How about getting a room with no AC or noisy neighbors and you want to move but there are no more rooms available?

Not with us! You receive a reservation agreement and confirmation email when you reserve. Your vacation home is booked, and no one else can reserve that same week! No surprises!

 

#9- Romance

Sometimes, a new place and a beautiful setting is all it takes to rekindle the flames that may have a little less spark than when you first met.

National surveys indicate that when couples go on vacation, they are more apt to be romantic or intimate than when at home. Let's face it, you leave some of the baggage at home.

Well, it is a lot less likely (and a lot less fun) when the kids are asleep in the bed next to you or the room next door with the door open.
